Made from 1/2” Baltic Birch Plywood - Comes with 6 Barrel Nuts

Gym Version - 29” Wide x 14” High - Wider mounting surface. 24” O.C. spacing.

Home Version - 29” Wide x 11 3/4” High - Fits above the casing on your door frame. Will fit 1 stud placement or 2 studs from 16” to 24” O.C. spacing.
